FIRST TIME EXHIBITION
How does your first time look like?
Brief
First time is a collective exhibition made with my colleague Irina Kavaradze where artists show an artwork, picture or object that represents their first time doing something. First love letter, first trip, first heartbreak, etc.
Concept development
The exhibition alongside the graphic campaign is expressed a handmade collage, these moments come together, each cut and shaped by life’s unique edges, forming the intricate whole of a person. Every cut holds a story, a memory.
The colour palette is themed by a survey “What colour is
nostalgia to you?”
Layout
The room is divided in the artwork area and a dark room where people can tell the stories of their first time on a phone and an AI generates that moment in a screen.
Every detail of this exhibition is made with the intention of reflecting the imperfect beauty of the past and invites you to reflect on the small, meaningful pieces that make us all distinct.
